A restaurant is only as good as its head chef. Mark Laibuta is a cook at heart. He gathered his skills in many kitchens, most recently at Janez Bratovž's legendary JB — the rooms where Mara now cooks.

With a young team he cooks Mediterranean food: homemade pasta, risotto, fish and meat, seasonal, with local ingredients.
